DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Master brand knowledge to confidently share insights with customers. Deliver service excellence that aligns with our premium standards. Build and nurture relationships with both regular and new clientele. Supervise boutique operations, including sales activities, inventory management, and cash reconciliation. Maintain an up-to-date customer database and track preferences for personalized service. Consistently achieve and exceed boutique monthly sales targets. Monitor stock inventory and ensure the boutique’s aesthetics and tools are impeccable.
REQUIREMENT

A strong desire for sales excellence, with self-motivation and determination to lead a team effectively. At least 2 years of experience in high-end brands, enabling you to serve clients with confidence. Robust business knowledge paired with polished professional communication skills. A team player mindset while also excelling at independent work. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed. A Diploma degree from a reputable academy or university.
