DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs. Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver new features and improvements. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to technical decision-making. Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability of services. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in backend development, preferably in large-scale distributed systems. Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Go, Java, Python, Node.js). Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching, and message queues. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in agile teams.
