DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
· Ensure customer deliveries, supplier pick-ups and product transfers are executed accordingly in good condition.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of lorry is maintained for all the time, especially when loading and unloading goods.
· Inspect lorry for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
· Ensure the lorry is well maintained by leasing companies and complies with safety standards.
· Develop outstanding knowledge of pick-up and delivery to customers including locations, access, parking locations, docks, noise and other restrictions, frequent logistics requests, and capabilities such as key drops.
· Ensure the product remains in good condition when reach to customers, handling the product with care.
· Collect and ensure cash received from customers is the same as delivery order.
· Immediately report any defects, accidents or violations towards lorry and during the delivery process.
To carry out any ad-hoc task that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
