DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s image as a great place to work Organize internal events (e.g., employee gatherings, appreciation days, team bonding activities) Create and manage internal communication content that reflects company culture and employee stories Collaborate with different departments to promote employee engagement and internal alignment Maintain partnerships with external vendors, communities, or media when needed Support HR initiatives related to employee well-being and workplace culture
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree from any major (fresh graduates are welcome) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to build relationships across teams and departments Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about people and culture Organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
