REQUIREMENT

Educational Background: Degree in Business Marketing, Economics, or Electrical/Industrial Engineering. Experience: Preferably 5 years (minimum of 3 years) of working experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the semiconductor/electronics industry. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and management of large data sets. Analytical Skills: Ability to derive conclusions based on solid mathematical foundations. Communication Skills: Communicate decisions clearly and concisely to stakeholders, sales, and customers. Demonstrates professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Decision-Making: Experience in making decisions and defending them with sound reasoning. Assertiveness: Ability to professionally decline requests when necessary. Cost Management: Ability to understand cost drivers and challenge Business Product Management and Supply Chain Management where applicable. MOSFET Knowledge: Knowledge of MOSFETs is a plus.
