DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Designing and implementing organisational development programs to enhance employee engagement, leadership capabilities, and overall organisational effectiveness Conducting needs assessments and diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate interventions Strong knowledge for organization development (Man Power Planning, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Workload Analysis, Career Path, KPI, Competency) etc Proficient in Talent Management, Performance Management, Competency Matrix, Human Capital Information System Management Providing coaching and mentoring support to managers and leaders to help them effectively lead and motivate their teams Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HC initiatives with the company's strategic goals Measuring and evaluating the impact of organisational development initiatives and give recommendations to management for continuous improvement
REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, Psychology or a related field. Master degree is preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in organisational development Specialist, change management, or a similar role Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify root causes and devise effective solutions Proficient in project management, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Willing to work under pressure and target, have good attitude, fast learner and fast adapting also high initiative Ability to use MS office, fluent in English both spoken and written Willing to be place at SCBD - Jakarta Selatan.
