In Corporate finance area , contributing to the company's financial health and overall business success.
In Financial Risk assessment area, develop & review financial risk assessment.
In Strategic decision-making area , providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Review Market research report.
In Legal aspect area , preparing relevant legal documents.
Managing the corporate planning cycle and strategic projects.
Overseeing the progress of the company’s financial performance and business development, and proposing improvement initiatives.
Working with cross-functional teams to identify potential business development opportunities and corporate strategies.
Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
Carrying out corporate actions such as mergers and acquisitions, investments, and other related activities if required.
Carry out stakeholder engagement with related parties.
Develop and provide an open and honest working environment advice on the Business Planning & Regulatory Affairs issues to the Board members for conduct of business effect.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor Degree of Economics/ Engineering/ Legal disciplinary or Strategic Management.
Minimum 10 years of working experience in corporate Finance/ Budget/ Accounting.
Skills and Knowledge : corporate finance, Economic Analysis (Industry & Market Trends), Project Economic Evaluation, Gas and Renewable Energy Regulatory Requirements, Gas and Renewable Energy Transportation System Management, Project Financing, Office Transformation, Budget.
