DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Arrange, prepare, and organize the BoD`s schedules and activities to ensure the agendas run smoothly
Arrange travel schedules and prepare its supporting details that includes accommodation, tickets, land arrangement, etc to ensure BoD’s travel are carried out efficiently
Maintain the confidentiality of documentation and information related to all activities of BoD
Manage company letters, documents, and invoices in accordance with applicable procedures that require BoD approval, and ensure that all correspondence is kept up to date
Manage the filing of BoD meeting minutes to ensure the files are easily access and updated
Prepare letters, memo, and minutes related to the BoD that are addressed to internal and external parties to ensure that information is clearly understood by all relevant parties.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma in any major, preferably in Secretarial
Minimum 3 years experience as Secretary (experience as Secretary to BoD is preferable)
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Ability to collaborate in a team and work precisely with attention to detail
Good command in English both verbal and written
