DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handling local procurement and purchasing activity in garment manufacturing industry. Coordinate with Factory side for the request details. Placing order to supplier, starting from open the PO until payment. Follow up the supplier in timely manner. Managed to follow up the pending materials. Communicate with others PIC in internal or external parties. Updated the order and shipment status by system Support purchase manager if there is any issue
REQUIREMENT

Fleunt english. Bachelor degree of any major. Experiences for 1 - 2 years in related position as Procurement or Purchasing staff. Experiences working in garment or textile manufacturing industry is preferred. Advance in administration task. Understand the work flow in procurement or purchasing activity. Fast-learner and able to adapt with the fast-paced environment. Discipline and able to work as a team or independently. Can join in 2 weeks notice is preferred. Willing to be placed in Ungaran - Central Java office
