Able to compile, create and implement company regulations, work structures and KPIs
Develop HR management strategies and policies in the Company based on long-term and short-term strategies that have been determined in accordance with applicable government regulations in order to obtain HR with the performance, capabilities and competencies that are in accordance with what the company wants.
Prepare work plans and budgets for his/her section in accordance with the established HR strategy 2 policies and systems to ensure the achievement of the HR section's goals.
Coordinate and control the implementation of HR functions throughout the company to ensure that they are in accordance with the strategies, policies, systems and work plans that have been prepared. Coordinate and control the HR budget so that it is used effectively and efficiently in accordance with the work plan.
Direct, analyze and manage remuneration practices and procedures to ensure remuneration packages are competitive, in line with industry practice, within the financial capability of the company and internally fair.
Plan manpower needs in accordance with the development of the organization, as well as coordinate and control the implementation of recruitment and selection activities to ensure the availability of the required manpower in accordance with the requirements.
Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
Analyze trends and metrics with the HR team
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Resolve complex employee relations issues
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Manage salary structure including review and revise current salary structure ads needed.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Management policies and procedures, reviews and re-arrange legal documents according to the actual needs of the organization.
Monitor scheduled absences and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services.
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work-related issues.
Perform other related duties as required
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent
At least 5 Years) of working experience in HR Hospital/Healthcare fields
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and influential skills
Strong in analytical skills
Thorough knowledge in HR practices
Fully understanding in law legislation
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Understand Labor Law & Company Legality
Willing to be placed in Surabaya
