Monitor and achieve production KPIs such as line efficiency, GMP, wastages, OEE, production productivity, production yield, and OT control. Monitor production activities to ensure process parameters are met and control material and manpower within budget. Liaise with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and job requests for line improvement. Responsible for manpower arrangement and requirements to ensure scheduled production processes. Ensure raw material and packaging material availability before production by coordinating with Purchasing, Warehouse, and PMC. Liaise with PMC for production planning details. Collect Daily Production Control Statement from Line leaders, analyze output and downtime figures, and create action plans. Verify stock status with warehouse for stock adjustments and returns. Report major breakdowns, quality & food safety issues, and planning order shortcomings to Production Manager or Plant Manager. Ensure workers adhere to safety rules and regulations. Generate and submit monthly production reports on time. Maintain proper documentation for HALAL, HACCP, and ISO systems. Conduct staff training on Safety, GMP, SOP, and WI. Address worker disciplinary issues. Perform PA reviews for Production Supervisor, Production Line Leader, and Production Technician. Hold daily briefings with Supervisor and line leader on production performance. Check and ensure production data in SAP is accurate. Participate in new projects or line improvements. Coordinate with R&D for production trial runs and provide recommendations for smooth production. Monitor and schedule machine and equipment PM conducted by Production workers and outsource suppliers. Purchase production spare parts and consumable items. Handle production-related issues and implement corrective actions. Analyze production data and report key performance indicators to management.
