Technical Skills: o Platform Proficiency: Experience with online platforms like marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop), social media, and email marketing tools is essential. o Data Entry and Management: Ability to input and manage product information, orders, and customer data effectively. o Basic IT Skills: Familiarity with computer operations, software, and internet navigation. Soft Skills: o Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for interacting with customers. o Customer Service: Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide positive customer experiences. o Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. o Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly. o Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing requirements.
