DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform IT infrastructure support (hardware and equipment), including preventive maintenance (anti virus protection, warranty renewal), troubleshooting (printers, scanners, projectors, and LAN), servers and communication lines (PABX). Strong understanding of network, server, licensing, database, and security fundamentals. Software installation, maintenance (licensed renewal) and trouble shooting, in order to ensure systems in all offices are working properly and effectively. Determine the hardware and software issue.
REQUIREMENT

Having a bachelor degree from reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. Fresh graduate is prefer Excellent written & spoken English
