1. Financial Control & Governance
Lead the implementation and compliance monitoring of the GLAO framework across Business Units (BUs) and Support Units (SUs).
Prepare accurate, timely GLAO reporting and escalate critical issues.
Conduct annual Quality Assurance Reviews and deliver GLAO training sessions.
Enforce the Group’s Manual Journal Entry (MJE) policy and strengthen related control processes.
Act as a control advisor for Finance sub-units, supporting DOA and fixed asset policy adherence.
2. Operational Risk Management (UORM Role)
Perform and oversee Control Self-Assessments (CSA), monitor KRIs, track risk events, and support ORM KPIs.
Lead Finance’s role in risk reporting and mitigation processes.
3. Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Maintain and update the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
Organize and report on mandatory BCP simulation exercises.
4. Data Protection Compliance
Partner with the Data Protection Officer to ensure Finance’s compliance with UU PDP.
Maintain documentation of data processing activities within the Finance function.
5. Audit & Regulatory Coordination
Monitor and resolve audit and regulatory findings in a timely and compliant manner.
Coordinate with internal units to stay current on control-related policies and their financial impact.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (CPA, CA, CISA) are an advantage.
4–8 years of experience in financial control, internal audit, operational risk, or finance governance within banking or financial institutions.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, accounting principles, control frameworks, and Indonesian regulatory landscape.
Familiarity with GL reconciliations, MJE, DOA, fixed asset policies, and data protection regulations (e.g., UU PDP).
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
