Oversee the production process from start to complete. Organize the manufacturing area and process with good planning for the entire production processes as per customers’ orders received. Controlling and monitoring all production processes are executed in most cost-effective methods. Ensure the product Quality meets customer standards or requirements. Ensure all the production deadlines are met for on-time shipment to all customers. Develop and implement plans to meet production goals/ objectives and deadlines. Define and organize production resources according to objectives and interested parties’ forecasts. Manage a team of production staffs and workers effectively. Schedule and coordinate production activities to ensure maximum efficiency. Identify and resolve production related problems promptly. Organize daily, weekly and monthly reports. Review and provide proposals on investments according to production capacities, safety, quality and others where necessary. Actively review and increase production productivity with appropriate improvement action plan. Implement and maintain all production procedures as defined in the Joubert Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and security regulations at all times in production. Implement good 5S in production in all sections or workplace. Maintain accurate records of production data and cost. F
