DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Collaborate with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, System Analyst, Developer, and users to produce software design - Provide technical design documentation including (but not limited to) Functional Specification Document (FSD), Technical Specification Document (TSD), and Epic - Analyze software defects and design solutions - Provide testing data and documentation - Preferably has experience with API
REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (preferably with a background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science & Technology, or Business Studies/Management) 2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a System Analyst, Solution Analyst, or Technical Analyst in the banking industry 3. Experience in implementing Contact Center applications such as Genesys, 3Dolphins, and Web Call Engine 4. Proficient in Ms. SQL Server Database and MySQL 5. Experience working with agile project delivery methodologies 6. Familiar with Jira 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 8. Proficiency in written and spoken English 9. Able to commit to a 6–12 month contract with the possibility of extension 10. A good team player
