DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for the regional operations.
Oversee the management of Inventory across the different entities and issuance of purchase orders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies of Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Management of Accounts receivables and recovery actions.
Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and support for decision-making
Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support for business initiatives
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and controls
Prepare or review payment vouchers, debit/ credit notes, official receipt, bank reconciliation, GST etc
Prepare all journal entries for book recording also GL reconciliation in order to prepare the Financial Statemen
Maintain listing of amortization, fixed assets depreciation, accrual and other schedule
Reconciliation, confirmation and follow-up of intercompany transactions and balances of all related group members and subsidiaries.
Maintain documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
Conduct physical inventories, reconciliation of inventories and prepare reports with variance analysis.
Monthly budget preparation and monitors cash flows collections and payments.
To ensure proper accounts documentation are kept and filed and to maintain proper filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records and record integrity.
Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when required
REQUIREMENT
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CIMA)
At least 5 years of experience in a similar regional accounting role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support the development of the accounting team
