DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Identify and develop new customers in international markets (China, India, the Middle East, Europe, etc.). 2. Prepare price quotations, conduct negotiations, and ensure sales agreements are achieved. 3. Manage communication with buyers from inquiry to delivery. 4. Coordinate with production, QC, and logistics teams to meet product specifications and delivery schedules. 5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support market penetration strategies. 6. Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers. 7. Monitor market trends, demand, and export regulations (sanitary & phytosanitary standards, COA, export documentation, etc.).
REQUIREMENT

1. Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Agribusiness, International Trade, Economics, or related fields). 2. Preference will be given to those with work experience in a manufacturing company. 3. Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written. Additional language skills (Mandarin) are a plus. 4. Minimum 2 years of experience in export sales. 5. Possess an existing network of international buyers. 6. Willing to travel overseas for business purposes. 7. Willing to be based at our head office in Medan, North Sumatera.
