DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Following up on issues related to order fulfillment via multiple channels (Email, WhatsApp, Phone Call), ensuring customers are well-informed and satisfied. Handling urgent requests to communicate with customers about delivery or handover issues, ensuring smooth operational processes. Understanding the entire operational flow and strictly adhering to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for both internal processes and customer communication timelines. Offering alternative products to customers when necessary, ensuring a positive customer experience and minimal disruption. Supporting administrative tasks, especially in preparing and managing vendor registration documents and customer-required forms.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Administration, or Sales is a plus. Basic Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and general spreadsheet usage. High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents. Ability to work proactively, quickly, and independently, especially in time-sensitive situations. Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset when dealing with customer or operational issues. Good communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers. Willingness to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion.
