DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Oversee day-to-day distribution operations in Gateway Surabaya, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. • Manage and lead the team, providing training and performance evaluations. • Optimize logistics and transportation methods to reduce costs while maintaining service quality. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all distribution activities. • Track distribution metrics and prepare reports, using data to improve efficiency and performance.
REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 3 years' experience in leading team • Strong experience in logistics and warehousing • Independent management experience • Proficient in using computer work software • Willing to be placed at Jember / Banyuwangi / Malang / Kediri / Madiun / Lamongan / Probolinggo
