DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure across the facility Monitor system performance to ensure smooth and secure operations Manage day-to-day IT support services for the manufacturing team Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies and protocols Conduct regular IT audits to maintain compliance and system integrity Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Coordinate and manage external IT vendors and service providers Maintain clear and up-to-date IT documentation and project records
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT role within the automotive manufacturing industry Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and developing or supporting ERP systems Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices Hands-on experience in project management Fluent in English, both written and spoken Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
