DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Infrastructure & Network
- Oversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, servers, hardware, and network performance.
- Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of all IT systems.
System Maintenance & Internal Tools
- Manage and maintain key business platforms including POS, OMS, WMS, ERP, and other internal systems.
- Ensure seamless integration, uptime, and user support across internal tools.
Data Warehouse & Database
- Lead the maintenance and development of the company’s Data Warehouse (DWH).
- Ensure the accuracy, availability, and performance of all databases.
- Support data engineering initiatives and business reporting needs.
Tech Product Management
- Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams (in-house & outsourced).
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
- Oversee project timelines, testing, and deployment of IT solutions.
Website & App Maintenance
- Oversee the health, performance, and updates of the company website and mobile app.
- Coordinate improvements to enhance UX, functionality, and system connectivity.
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Solid background as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Strong understanding of programming languages and frameworks: PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
- Experienced in managing internal systems and enterprise tools (POS, ERP, OMS, WMS).
- Proven experience managing vendors and successfully integrating outsourced products into internal systems.
- Familiar with data infrastructure, especially Data Warehouse and database administration.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience in a tech startup environment is a plus.
