REQUIREMENT
An ability to stick to strict deadlines Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in technical support & troubleshooting hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, networks, CCTVs, etc.) Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, WiFi, Firewalls). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist end-users effectively. Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common software applications Basic knowledge of networking concepts and server administration Ability to work independently and as part of a team Hands-on experience with Linux environment is a plus Relevant IT certifications are a plus. Willing to travel to our branch / brand
