DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners Installing and configuring CCTV, mobile phones, tablets. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Testing new technology Learn & support blade internal server management Learn & support Odoo server management
REQUIREMENT

An ability to stick to strict deadlines Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in technical support & troubleshooting hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, networks, CCTVs, etc.) Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, WiFi, Firewalls). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist end-users effectively. Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common software applications Basic knowledge of networking concepts and server administration Ability to work independently and as part of a team Hands-on experience with Linux environment is a plus Relevant IT certifications are a plus. Willing to travel to our branch / brand
