DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows Server and Linux operating systems. Monitor system performance, availability, and security across Wintel and Linux environments. Perform system upgrades, patches, and vulnerability remediations in compliance with IT security standards. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, system faults, and service outages, ensuring minimal downtime. Maintain system documentation, change logs, and standard operating procedures. Assist in the design and implementation of system infrastructure projects and business continuity plans. Automate routine tasks using scripts (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) to improve efficiency. Support integration and configuration of enterprise applications and services. Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to deliver robust and secure IT solutions. Participate in on-call rotation or after-hours support when required.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) and Linux systems (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu). Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and Windows Clustering. Proficient in managing Linux environments including system configuration, patching, and scripting. Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) and ITSM platforms. Knowledge of IT security principles and practices, including access control and auditing. Scripting experience in PowerShell and/or Bash. Certifications such as Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), Red Hat (RHCSA/RHCE), or Linux+ are an advantage.
