DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Perform regular security health checks, patch management, and ensure compliance for Windows servers.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers (2003/2008 R2), domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
Provide L1/L2 technical support on hardware, software, and network issues; maintain LAN, backups, and email administration.
Manage procurement, configuration, and deployment of IT equipment (PCs, laptops, servers); maintain inventory and software licenses.
Assist in IT-related projects, procurement processes, and ensure compliance with financial and operational standards.
Handle network troubleshooting, manage switches and communication systems, and maintain up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma qualification in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in general IT systems support
Experienced in the management of IT applications users, cyber security implementation will be an added advantage
Open to 5.25-day (Alternate Saturday) workweek
