1. Organizational Development
Design and lead strategic organizational development initiatives to support the company’s long-term vision and objectives.
Analyze organizational trends and business requirements to identify and implement relevant change initiatives.
Oversee critical activities such as job position management, organizational structure optimization, job analysis, job evaluation, and workload analysis to ensure operational excellence.
2. Performance Management
Develop and manage a robust and consistent performance management framework across the organization.
Oversee the performance evaluation process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while fostering career development.
Continuously assess the effectiveness of performance management systems and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Drive the development and delivery of systematic training materials to empower supervisors in effectively managing and evaluating their teams.
REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
Experience: 6+ years of experience in organizational development and performance management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
