DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and executing automated test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and security of software applications Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement testing strategies and best practices Identifying and reporting software bugs and issues, and working with development teams to resolve them Continuously improving the automation testing infrastructure and processes to increase efficiency and coverage Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to enhance the quality of the codebase Documenting test cases, results, and processes to maintain a comprehensive quality assurance record
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation testing Proficiency in writing automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Appium Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and troubleshoot complex issues Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of banking or financial services industry regulations and best practices is a plus
