DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications using Java technologies(Spring Framework) to support the business operations of the life insurance sector.
2. Collaborate with business analysts to thoroughly understand and translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
3. Architect and implement user interfaces and functionalities that enhance the delivery of life insurance products and services.
4. Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications through rigorous testing, debugging, and optimization.
5. Integrate third-party APIs and services to expand application functionalities and improve user experiences.
6. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in coding, testing, and documentation within the team.
7. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance application architecture and development processes.
8. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for developed applications, ensuring clarity and usability.
REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Extensive experience as a Java Developer, with a focus on web application development in a senior or lead role.
3. Have experience as Unit Head for at least 3 year and at least 2 years experience in life insurance.
4. Deep understanding of Java frameworks such as Spring and MyBatis
5. Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
6. Strong experience with database management systems and SQL.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
8. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and to lead and mentor others.
