REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or a related Business field, or equivalent experience in the industry. Proven experience in B2B Key Account Management (3-5 years). Experience handling top companies and confidently engaging with various management levels. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communicators with proven team motivation and management abilities. Demonstrated moderate-level project management experience, preferably in a multinational professional services environment. Willingness to be based in Jakarta and to work 70% in the field. Experience on developing Sumatra area would be advantageous.
