DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute strategies to foster a strong and engaged aksoro customers, with a focus on customer retention. Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or service to aksoro customers. Facilitate discussions, create service programs, and create content that promotes aksoro products to encourage member / customer interaction Use clear and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members to achieve department objectives Handle Basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree from any major Experience min. 2-4 years as a Account Executive, Community & Partnership, Customer Care, Community specialist, Customer Relations. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Focused on delivering tangible results and continuously seeking ways to improve performance Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Experience handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be poin plus Willing to work at Yogyakarta (WFO)
