DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the Accounting, Budgeting, and Finance teams across our ATPM (Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merek), dealership operations, and vehicle assembly plant Drive end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, PSAK, and internal policies Oversee cash flow, cost control, and profitability across all business units Provide strategic insights to support commercial and operational decisions Liaise with auditors, consultants, and head office finance leaders Coach and mentor a high-performing finance team in a fast-paced environment
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA preferred) 8–10+ years of progressive financial management experience; automotive, manufacturing, or retail background is a plus Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK, and financial reporting Experience managing multi-entity operations is highly desirable Leadership, analytical, and communication skills at a strategic level Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic business landscape
