DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinate with stakeholders to support system deployment and project activities on-site Carry out installation, commissioning, integration, and testing of systems according to project specifications Monitor system performance and availability, and implement corrective actions where necessary Apply system hardening techniques and ensure configurations meet security and compliance standards Manage system updates including BIOS, antivirus, and OS patches in offline environments Handle change management processes and maintain proper documentation of changes Respond to and resolve technical incidents and issues, providing root cause analysis and preventive measures Support and maintain system documentation, service levels, and configuration reports Provide support for physical security systems such as CCTV, access control, alarms, and network infrastructure Ensure business continuity through effective backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or IT from a recognized institution Experience in device hardening, system configuration, and offline system updates Familiarity with Windows Server 2022 and Linux environments is advantageous Good troubleshooting skills, especially in security and network systems Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Proactive and analytical approach in monitoring system performance and resolving issues Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks on-site Comfortable with 24/7 standby rotation (no shift work) Willing to travel between sites (transport claimable)
