DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

žDevelop and expand local and cross-border institutional client base (securities firms, funds, asset management companies, etc.) by promoting prime brokerage services, including US/HK stock trading access, securities lending, margin financing, and custody solutions. Drive inter-brokerage collaboration initiatives, finalize partnership agreements, and maximize departmental revenue. Maintain existing client relationships, deliver customized solutions, and coordinate with internal trading, risk management, and settlement teams to ensure efficient service execution. Proactively address daily client inquiries, collaborate with technical and operations teams to resolve issues promptly, and enhance client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENT

žBachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of institutional sales experience, with in-depth knowledge of prime brokerage operations, securities trading workflows, and US/HK equity markets. Possession of SFC Type 1 (Securities Trading) or Type 4 (Securities Advisory) license is preferred. Fluent in Cantonese and English (written and spoken), capable of conducting bilingual roadshows and contract negotiations. Exceptional communication skills and resilience under pressure, with proven ability to identify client needs and convert them into business opportunities. Existing client network with hedge funds, securities firms, or institutional clients is preferred.
