DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems. Monitor system/internet performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Working closely with GA team in providing laptops and other devices Implement security measures to protect the company's data and networks. Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT-related problems promptly. Install and configure hardware and software as needed. Document IT processes and procedures for reference and training purposes. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT technology.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role Good communication in English Experience with networking protocols, especially internet and IT vendor management Have an exposure in IT Asset Management is a plus Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to follow WFO policy.
