DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide 24/7 support for Data Center and ensure proper running of existing data centre systems Manage equipment movement and monitor status daily Perform troubleshoot, report system incidents, and resolve incidents related to routine issues Perform tape mount and unmount for backup operation and handle portable media storage for offsite storage Liaise with vendors on maintenance and enhancement issues
REQUIREMENT

Min Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent Min 1 year of IT Infrastructure Operations / Data Centre Experience Able to work shift hours and work on weekends / PH
