DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyze and identify high-level functional and technical requirements, including system impact assessments, based on inputs from business users or the product team backlog. Collaborate with project management and Agile leads to plan project deliverables and define technical direction. Conduct quality assurance reviews, provide technical guidance, and evaluate coding practices within the development squad. Create and maintain high-level system designs, including Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and Technical Solution Designs (TSD) to support development, testing, debugging, and documentation efforts.
REQUIREMENT

3–5 years of experience in software development projects. 2–3 years of experience mentoring junior software developers. Working knowledge of T24 TAFJ (Temenos Application Framework for Java), with experience in customizing and integrating core banking solutions. Strong understanding of Web services protocols, including REST, SOAP, and API design. Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git. Solid knowledge and practical experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
