DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information Assist customers with product and service-related questions, troubleshooting, and resolving issues Maintain customer records and update information in our CRM system Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or management, as needed Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the technology or digital services industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer inquiries effectively Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software Familiarity with the latest customer service best practices and trends Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and adapt to changing priorities A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
