DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the HORECA channel. Introducing our plant-based milk products to coffee shops and other relevant establishments Maintain and build up relationship with existing and potential customers in professional manner Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including distribution expansion. Track and report on KPIs to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
REQUIREMENT

University graduate with major in Business or related discipline 2+ years in sales and coffee related industry Passionate about coffee with solid coffee knowledge and experience in hospitality & catering Solid experience in FMCG industry and knowledge in managing Key Corporate in an advantage A good team player and able to work under pressure Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills, and attend-to-details character
