DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Master and share in-depth knowledge about our brand to customers Deliver world-class service excellence aligned with brand guidelines Build and nurture strong relationships with both regular and new customers Maintain an up-to-date customer database and track preferences Consistently drive sales and contribute to achieving monthly store targets Conduct daily stock inventory and ensure smooth store operations Keep product displays, sales kits, and boutique environments in prime condition Perform additional services like bracelet shortening & strap adjustments
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Associate, preferably in retail (luxury experience is a plus!) A strong sales mindset with a passion for exceeding targets Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service Excellent persuasive communication skills Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Proficiency in written and spoken English Commitment to a long-term career in retail Willingness to be placed across Indonesia
