DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and evaluate suppliers for pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Oversee the entire procurement process, from RFQs to purchase orders. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the company. Work closely with the logistics team to manage shipping schedules and ensure timely deliveries. Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels, avoiding stockouts or overstock situations. Research and identify sales opportunities, developing new project leads and soliciting new accounts. Keep accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, documents, certificate, and supplier performance. Review Certificate, dossiers, documents.
REQUIREMENT

3-5 years of experience in procurement or QA, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management. Knowledge of shipping logistics and export are plus. Must be a registered pharmacist with a valid license and hold a degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or equivalent). Proficient in English language is a must Strong skill in business communication to build relationships with potential suppliers and other industry professionals Able to negotiate financial and logistical details with suppliers Willing to go extra mile in their career Have passion in sales and marketing activities Note : We will provide training for this position.
