DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for Outsourcing Employees
Manage the company's project work, including (but not limited to) the process of placing and managing workers according to project needs, payroll and billing processes, coaching clinics, site visits and ensuring that the work carried out is in accordance with the SLA requested by the client/user.
Build good relationships with clients/users and company representatives/workers placed on the project.
Handle Hiring Process, Offering & Agreement Process, On Boarding/Induction New Employee, Probationary Period.
Monitoring the duration of employment agreements (PKWT).
Handling attendance, SOP, BPJS, Salary, Overtime etc
Employment Movement (Promotion process, Transfer process, Termination process, Employee Database)
Handling industrial relation. Maintain relationships with the government such as the manpower department, immigration, and others.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree from any major
4+ years of experience as HR Staff
Have skills in industrial relations and recruitment processes.
Preferably having certificate competencies.
Understand laws and government regulations.
Good in English both spoken and written.
