DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Build and manage long-term relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention. Develop and execute CRM strategies, including email campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized communications. Manage customer database and ensure data is accurate and up-to-date. Analyze customer data to identify upsell, cross-sell and customer reactivation opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Support teams to ensure a consistent customer experience. Use CRM tools (such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, or others) to automate and optimize work processes. Compile periodic reports on the effectiveness of the CRM strategy and provide recommendations for improvement.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum S1 education in [Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field]. Minimum [1-3] years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, or Marketing. Proficient in the use of CRM systems and customer data analysis tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused. Able to work independently as well as in a team
