DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for handling full spectrum of HR, recruitment, administration management, review & drafting company regulations & policy.
Responsible to attendance and payroll.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practice.
Responsible of employee’s KPI.
Handle employee disciplinary related issues and provide solution such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Support organizational change and development initiatives.
General Affair
Ensure compliance business ethic runs well.
Oversee office management, including maintenance, utilities, and supplies.
Oversee and analize to company assets and general services (security, cleanliness, vehicles, etc.).
Responsible to agreement, permits, and company legal documents.
Annual budgeting.
Other ad hoc HRGA duties.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years experiences in HRGA Manager. A Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management or relevant. Age min. 45 – max. 50 years old. Proficient in Business English. Must have work experience in Japanese Company for at least 3 years. Must have leadership skills, integrity & confidentiality, adaptability, decision-making ability Have minimum 3 subordinates. Proficient in microsoft office ( Excel, Words and Powerpoint)
