DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business Provide expert advice and technical support to customers, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their needs Coordinate with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies Accurately forecast sales and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product developments, and competitor information
REQUIREMENT

Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the paint or coatings industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively negotiate with customers Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions Proficient in handling customer information and sales data Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience Fluency in Cantonese is essential
