DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assisting in the candidate sourcing process through online and offline resources. Screening resumes and conducting initial calls with qualified candidates. Develop and maintain a talent pool database. Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and relevant stakeholders. Supporting administrative processes related to recruitment, such as reference checks and document management. Participating in recruitment process improvement initiatives and talent search strategy development.
REQUIREMENT

Final year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field. Interest and enthusiasm in recruitment and human resource management. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities. Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to work full-time in the office - Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara.
