DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1. Work with the automation hardware team and software team, responsible for providing innovative and cost effective manufacturing automation solutions.
2. Provide machine conceptualization, design and development of automated hardware system.
3. A good team player opens for discussions and suggestions.
4. Generate good presentation materials for automation concepts/proposals and present to the stake holders.
5. Decide on best hardware system including motors, drivers, controllers, sensors, robotics, electrical & system components, etc.
6. Build automated machine, commissioning, troubleshooting and release to production.
7. Generate design documentation, mechanical and electrical BOM list including electrical I/Os list, motor controllers/drivers, pneumatics, wiring diagram, etc.
8. Plan and manage overall automation project within expected scope, budget and timeline.
9. Provide cost estimation and ROI and project management.
10. Support and provide continuous improvement on automation projects to meet product yield, quality and customer requirements.
REQUIREMENT
1. At least a Diploma, Degree or Master in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in automation with 4 years in design of automated equipment and system.
3. Detail oriented and must possess good knowledge and experience in the design of manufacturing automation concept and automated equipment.
4. Hands-on experience in generation full manufacturing automation solution using 3D solid modeling software.
5. A team player with ability to work independently with high level of motivation and able to collaborate well with other functional groups and customers.
