DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle payroll processes manually and through the HR System (Talenta) Develop compensation packages and ensure policies align with organizational strategies (Leave, Working Hours, Religious Holiday Allowance/THR, etc.) Create consistent compensation guidelines in accordance with job roles, company culture, applicable laws, and regulations Responsible for managing the Compensation & Benefits team Responsible for submitting regular or mandatory reports to the government or relevant institutions regarding employee data (Tax Reports, BPJS, WLKP) Prepare weekly and monthly reports to superiors related to job responsibilities and the Comben team Maintain good communication with government bodies or regulators
REQUIREMENT

Previous experience as a Compensation & Benefits Lead for more than 5 years Previous experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices Solid understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process Familiarity with current labor laws and regulations Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS) Hands-on experience with both quantitative and qualitative research Strong interpersonal and communication skills A team player with excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Quick to adapt to new environments and people from diverse backgrounds and cultures Excellent knowledge of labor laws, and always updated with government regulations Well-organized and reliable, able to work independently
