DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Handle special cases that cannot be resolved by other technical teams. - Provide solution recommendations and technical advice for complex issues. - Research and adopt emerging technologies to improve service offerings. - Manage communication and collaboration with vendors and principals to stay updated on relevant technologies and products. - Conduct training and technical support for other technical teams on special cases. - Prepare technical reports and documentation related to the cases handled.
REQUIREMENT

- Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems, or Informatics Engineering. - 3+ years of experience in Advanced Solutions, preferably in the IT Services or Internet Services Provider industry. - MTCNA and ITIL Foundation certifications are a strong advantage.
