DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Programming experience (Java and other languages) Advanced SQL skills and database knowledge Strong analytical capabilities for systems analysis and problem-solving Knowledge of database structures, RDBMS, and ability to conduct database queries API testing experience (Postman/Swagger) Strong technical documentation skills Experience in creating and managing Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and System Design Documents (SDD) Knowledge of requirements gathering methodologies and documentation Experience with business process modeling and use case development Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Experience with financial reporting, accounting practices, or financial audit is a plus
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Information Systems, or any related fields Minimum 1 years of experience in System Analyst, Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or any related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Technical analysis and troubleshooting capabilities Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented and thorough approach Ability to work effectively in Agile/ Waterfall teams Understanding of banking/fintech systems System performance analysis skills
