DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide IT hardware support and servicing for desktops and laptops to end users and corporate clients. Keep customers informed with timely updates on service appointments, status progress, and incident resolution. Ensure proper handling and coordination of parts during transit and within the team. Perform hardware and software diagnostics, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Install operating systems, firmware, and BIOS as required. Manage end-to-end interactions with end users, ensuring quality service delivery. Track, manage, and resolve assigned service requests using a ticketing system. Collaborate closely with dispatchers, team leads, and supervisors to ensure timely completion and closure of service tasks. Participate in new product training sessions through web-based platforms.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum of GCE ‘O’ Level qualification. Minimum 0.5/1 year of relevant working experience. Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. Enjoys working with people and keen to embrace new opportunities and learning experiences. Customer-oriented with a service-driven mindset. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willing to travel daily island-wide for on-site support (transport costs will be reimbursed).
